As part of our continuous improvement and equipment enhancement programs, we have recently taken delivery of two brand-new Mitsubishi ML3015eX PLUS laser cutters. To make room on the floor, we switched out two older machines and replaced them with the latest version of the same model. This move was taken to enhance reliability and reduce maintenance downtime that can increase as machines age.

Built on a heavy-duty, single platform, the ML3015eX PLUS is one of our workhorses. It provides fast movement, powerful piercing and superior edge quality and processing consistency over the entire work area.

For 24/7 quality production, the new laser cutters will be integrated with SigmaNEST, our state-of-the-art nesting software and Edge, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (see details).
